- a)To the various floors, premises, offices, parking spaces or apartments into which one or several buildings, to be built or built on the same property or on different properties, are divided, whether these belong to one or several owners or concessionaires.
Upon registering the affectation of several properties, they will be combined so that a single parent property results.
- b)To the different buildings constructed on a single property, if they are to belong to different owners.
- c)To real estate suitable for construction, both for the lots or rural properties into which the land is divided, and for the constructions erected on them.
- d)When the owner of a building or a residential, commercial, tourist, industrial, or agricultural development, already built, decides to submit it to the condominium property regime, provided that there are independent and indivisible common elements and they comply with all the technical requirements demanded by this law.
- e)When the holder of a concession right that falls upon a real estate property and is intended for tourist or commercial exploitation, decides to submit their project to the provisions of this law. In this case, they must have the express and prior authorization of the authorities that granted the concession.
- f)To projects to be developed in stages, whose urbanization or civil works are submitted to the condominium property regime and where the resulting subsidiary properties are, in turn, converted into parent properties of a new condominium, without losing, for this reason, their condition as a subsidiary of the original condominium; the foregoing, in accordance with the provisions of the project and the original duly approved plans, as well as the condominium regulations.
