On the coming into force of this Code.
FINAL ARTICLE.
This code shall begin to govern from the date that a subsequent law designates; and upon entering into force, the Civil Code issued on the thirtieth of July of one thousand eight hundred forty-one and other laws dealing with the same matters as this one shall be repealed.
