Those who direct and the personnel in charge of public or private health centers, where minors are taken for care, shall have the obligation to report to the Public Prosecutor's Office any reasonable suspicion of mistreatment, aggression, harassment, or abuse committed against them. The same obligation shall apply to the authorities and personnel of educational centers, daycare centers, or any other place where these persons stay, are cared for, or are provided with some service.
Authorities, hired personnel, and every adult who has under their care and responsibility minors participating in associations, foundations, social organizations, or groups of a public or private nature, whether cultural, religious, youth, educational, sports, recreational, or religious denominations, shall also be obligated to report.
In all cases, the identity of the reporting person must be protected and safeguarded in order to preserve their integrity and safety. This protection shall be carried out through the confidentiality of the personal data of the reporting person, as well as any information that could put them at risk.
