- That resolution R-L-ZMT-004-2017 has been made known regarding a recommendation for the annulment of agreement Number 8 of ordinary session number 06-2015, article VIII, subsection a of the tenth of February two thousand fifteen, because it is an absolutely null and void act.
- That agreement No. 8 of ordinary session number 06-2015, Article VIII, subsection a of the tenth of February two thousand fifteen textually states:
- That official communication I-050-2015 from the Intendancy has been made known regarding a Request for recommendation to inform the ICT and INVU about the procedure to apply the modification of article 65 of the Regulations to Law 6043.

- Que se ha conocido resolución R-L-ZMT-004-2017 sobre recomendación para anulación del acuerdo Número 8 de la sesión ordinaria número 06-2015, artículo VIII, inciso a del día diez de febrero del 2015 por tratarse de un acto absolutamente nulo.
- Que el acuerdo N° 8 de la sesión ordinaria número 06-2015, Artículo VIII, inciso a del día diez de febrero del 2015 textualmente dice:
- Que se ha conocido oficio I-050-2015 de la Intendencia sobre Solicitud de recomendación para informar al ICT e INVU sobre el procedimiento para aplicar la modificación del artículo 65 del Reglamento de la Ley 6043.
- Que aplicar la modificación del artículo 65 del reglamento de la ley 6043, Ley de Zona Marítimo Terrestre, haciendo la debida publicación en el Diario Oficial La Gaceta, permite a la administración cumplir con la Ley 9242 y regularizar las construcciones existentes en la Zona Restringida de la Zona Marítimo Terrestre, permitiendo esto, aprobar los cientos de solicitudes de concesiones existentes, ocasionando eso un beneficio inmenso a la administración ya los administrados ACUERDO 8:
Con todos los votos a favor se acuerda: "Acoger y aprobar el oficio I-050-2015 emitido por la Intendencia y se aplique la modificación del artículo 65 del Reglamento de la Ley 6043 Ley de la Zona Marítimo Terrestre. Se publique en el Diario Oficial La Gaceta y se hagan la mayor brevedad los comunicado correspondientes a las Instituciones pertinentes". Acuerdo unánime ACUERDO N° 5 Con todos los votos presentes a favor: "1. Acoger la recomendación presentada por la Gestora Legal de Zona Marítimo mediante resolución R-L-ZMT-004-2017 sobre anulación del acuerdo número 8 de la sesión ordinaria número 06-2015, artículo VIII, inciso a, del día 10 de febrero del 2015 por tratarse de un acto absolutamente nulo.
2º-Anular el acuerdo N° 8 tomado en la sesión ordinaria 06-2015, artículo VIII, inciso a del día diez de febrero del 2015 conforme a los dispuesto en los artículos 174 y 180 de la Ley N° 6227 y en concordancia con los dictámenes citados y la jurisprudencia existente, por tratarse de un acto absolutamente nulo 3º-Informar a los vecinos que la Resolución R-L-ZMT-004-2017 consta en el acta 55-2017 la cual se mantendrá en el Departamento de Zona Marítimo Terrestre para consulta de los administrados interesados".
