in its entirety - Complete Text of Standard 06 Amendment to the Playa Carmen de Santa Teresa Regulatory Plan, Southeast Sector, Cóbano de Puntarenas (Zoning Regulations) Complete Text of Record: 1176E5 DISTRICT MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF CÓBANO (This standard was annulled in session No. 55-2017 of 16 May 2017) The District Municipal Council of Cóbano, communicates that in ordinary session number 06-2015, article VIII, subsection A, of the tenth day of February 2015, it adopted agreement number 8, which orders "to accept and approve official communication I-050-2015 issued by the Municipal Intendancy and to apply the modification of article 65 of the Regulations of Law 6043, the Maritime-Terrestrial Zone Law. To publish in the Official Journal La Gaceta and to issue the corresponding notifications to the pertinent Institutions as quickly as possible." By virtue of the adopted agreement, the Rectification and Adjustment of the Zoning Regulations for the Coastal Sector of the Playa Carmen de Santa Teresa Regulatory Plan, Southeast Sector, Cóbano de Puntarenas, published in La Gaceta No. 158 of Monday, 20 August 2001, is hereby processed.
