in the entirety of the text - Complete Text of Norm 06 Reform of the Regulatory Plan for Playa Carmen de Santa Teresa de Cóbano de Puntarenas (Zoning Regulations for the coastal sector) Complete Text of record: 1176E6 DISTRICT MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF CÓBANO (This regulation was annulled in session No. 55-2017 of May 16, 2017) The District Municipal Council of Cóbano hereby communicates that in ordinary session number 06-2015, article VIII, subsection A, held on the tenth day of February, 2015, it adopted agreement number 8, which states: "to accept and approve official communication I-050-2015 issued by the Municipal Intendancy and to apply the modification of article 65 of the Regulations of Law 6043, the Maritime Terrestrial Zone Law. It shall be published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta and the corresponding communications shall be made to the pertinent Institutions as soon as possible." By virtue of the adopted agreement, the Rectification and Adjustment of the Zoning Regulations of the Coastal Sector, Regulatory Plan of Playa Carmen de Cóbano, published in La Gaceta No. 176 of Friday, September 13, 2002, is hereby carried out.
Article E.- Recreational Residential Zone (Zona Residencial Recreativa, ZRR) is hereby rectified to modify the setback (retiro) and minimum area requirements, to read as follows:
E.6.- Minimum surface area: 200 square meters Maximum surface area: 4,000 square meters Front, rear, and side setbacks (retiros): All construction must comply with the setbacks (retiros) established in the Construction Regulations of the Instituto Nacional de Vivienda y Urbanismo. en la totalidad del texto - Texto Completo Norma 06 Reforma Plan regulador de playa Carmen de Santa Teresa de Cóbano de Puntarenas (Reglamento de Zonificación para el sector costero) Texto Completo acta: 1176E6 CONCEJO MUNICIPAL DE DISTRITO DE CÓBANO (Esta norma fue anulada en sesión N° 55-2017 del 16 de mayo de 2017) Que el Concejo Municipal de Distrito de Cóbano, comunica que en sesión ordinaria número 06-2015, artículo VIII, inciso A, del día diez de febrero del 2015, tomó acuerdo número 8, el cual dispone "acoger y aprobar el oficio I-050-2015 emitido por la Intendencia Municipal y se aplique la modificación del artículo 65 del Reglamento de la Ley 6043 Ley de Zona Marítimo Terrestre. Se publique en el Diario Oficial La Gaceta y se hagan la mayor brevedad los comunicados correspondientes a las Instituciones pertinentes". En virtud del acuerdo tomado se procede con Rectificación y Ajuste de Reglamento de Zonificación del Sector Costero Plan Regulador de Playa Carmen de Cóbano, publicado en La Gaceta Nº 176 del viernes 13 de setiembre del 2002.
Rectifíquese el Artículo E.- Zona Residencial Recreativa (ZRR): para modificar el requisito de retiro y área mínima, para que se lea de la siguiente manera:
