This declaration of unconstitutionality shall have declaratory and retroactive effect to the date of effectiveness of the norm, all without prejudice to rights acquired in good faith.)

Esta declaratoria de inconstitucionalidad tendrá efecto declarativo y retroactivo a la fecha de vigencia de la norma, todo sin perjuicio de derechos adquiridos de buena fe. )
