in the entirety of the text - Complete Text of Norm 36827 Repeal of Executive Decrees on Phytosanitary Emergencies Complete Text record: E3D6C No. 36827-MAG THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC AND THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND LIVESTOCK In exercise of the powers conferred upon them by articles 140, subsections 3), 18) and 20), article 146 of the Political Constitution; articles 25 subsection l), 27 subsection l), 28 subsection b) and j) of the General Law of Public Administration, Law Nº 6227 of May 2, 1978 and the Law on Phytosanitary Protection, Law Nº 7664, of April 8, 1997.
First: That by legal mandate, the Executive Branch is responsible for the Declaration of a State of Phytosanitary Emergency (Estado de Emergencias Fitosanitarias) and because in due course the Phytosanitary Service (Servicio Fitosanitario) recommended the promulgation of a series of executive decrees with the objective of timely and effectively addressing the control of phytosanitary pests, and since these states of emergency have now lost their currency, the repeal of these decrees is necessary.
Second: That it is necessary for the State Phytosanitary Service (Servicio Fitosanitario del Estado) to request the repeal of decrees that currently cannot be applied because they have already fulfilled the objective for which they were promulgated.

THEY DECREE THE REPEAL OF EXECUTIVE DECREES ON PHYTOSANITARY EMERGENCY.

en la totalidad del texto - Texto Completo Norma 36827 Derogatoria de Decretos Ejecutivos de Emergencia Fitosanitaria Texto Completo acta: E3D6C No. 36827-MAG LA PRESIDENTA DE LA REPÚBLICA Y LA MINISTRA DE AGRICULTURA Y GANADERÍA En ejercicio de las facultades que les confieren los artículos 140, incisos 3), 18) y 20), artículo 146 de la Constitución Política; artículos 25 inciso l), 27 inciso l), 28 inciso b) y j) de la Ley General de la Administración Pública, ley Nº 6227 del 2 de mayo de 1978 y la Ley de Protección Fitosanitaria, Ley Nº 7664, del 08 de abril de 1997.
Primero: Que por mandato de ley, le corresponde al Poder Ejecutivo la Declaratoria de Estado de Emergencias Fitosanitarias y debido que en su oportunidad el Servicio Fitosanitario recomendó la promulgación de una serie de decretos ejecutivos con el objetivo de atender de manera oportuna y eficaz el control de plagas fitosanitarias y al haber perdido actualidad estos estados de emergencia, se hace necesario la derogatoria de estos decretos.
Segundo: Que es necesario para el Servicio Fitosanitario del Estado solicitar la derogatoria de decretos que en la actualidad no pueden ser aplicados debido a que ya cumplieron el objetivo para el cual habían sido promulgados.
