- a)In authorized time and only with one catching cage per hunter.
- b)One license will be issued per hunter per year which covers the entire national territory.
- c)Only on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays authorized by Law, with hours from 6:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- d)In the case of bird hunting tournaments and the subsequent release of captured birds, these tournaments are for a specific day in an authorized site according to the submitted application, with a maximum of two dates per season for one site.
The sites must be more than 5 kilometers distant from one another and on dates authorized in this article and article 21 of this decree.
1. Yellow-crowned euphonia, scrub euphonia (Euphonia luteicapilla), hunting of one piece per hunter per year is permitted in the period from October 1, 2010, to December 31, 2010.
2. Yellow-throated euphonia (Euphonia hirundinacea) hunting of one piece per hunter per year is permitted in the period from October 1, 2010, to December 31, 2010.
3. White-vented euphonia, scrub euphonia (Euphonia minuta) hunting of one piece per hunter per year is permitted in the period from October 1, 2010, to December 31, 2010.
4. Black-throated euphonia, scrub euphonia (Euphonia affinis) hunting of one piece per hunter per year is permitted in the period from October 1, 2010, to December 31, 2010.
5. Yellow-faced grassquit (Tiaris olivacea) hunting of two pieces per hunter per year is permitted in the period from October 1, 2010, to March 31, 2011.
6. Cinnamon-rumped seedeater (Sporophila torqueola) hunting of two pieces per hunter per year is permitted in the period from October 1, 2010, to March 31, 2011.
7. Variable seedeater (Sporophila aurita) hunting of two pieces per hunter per year is permitted in the period from October 1, 2010, to March 31, 2011.
1. Speckled tanager (Tangara guttata) hunting of one piece per hunter per year is permitted in the period from October 1, 2010, to February 28, 2011.
2. Silver-throated tanager, emerald tanager (Tangara icterocephata) hunting of two pieces per hunter per year is permitted in the period from October 1, 2010, to February 28, 2011.
3. House sparrow (Passer domesticus) hunting of five pieces per hunter per year is permitted in the period from September 1, 2010, to April 30, 2011.
4. Tricolored munia (Lonchura malaca) hunting is permitted, without limit of pieces throughout the national territory, throughout the year.
