**EFFECTIVE DATE OF PAYMENT FOR STANDBY DUTY (DISPONIBILIDAD).** The state representative alleges that its cancellation is due from the date on which the plaintiff and the SINAC signed the contract for the payment of standby duty (disponibilidad); however, the defendant party failed to credibly prove the exact date on which the plaintiff signed the contract, as it was procedurally required to do. On the contrary, the plaintiff demonstrated that he worked in standby duty (disponibilidad) during the period between July 4, 2017, and the date on which he began receiving payment for said wage supplement. **PAYMENT FOR POLICE RISK (RIESGO POLICIAL) AND THE HIGH-RISK OPERATIONS INCENTIVE (INCENTIVO DE OPERACIONES DE ALTO RIESGO) ARE NOT APPLICABLE TO PARK RANGERS (GUARDA PARQUES).** Although these officials hold the character of police authority, it is limited to reporting and filing complaints before the competent authorities regarding the respective infractions.
