- d)to take the appropriate legal, scientific, technical, administrative and financial measures necessary for the identification, protection, conservation, presentation and rehabilitation of this heritage 2°-The report entitled World Heritage Outlook 2 prepared by the official advisory body to the aforementioned Convention: the International Union for Conservation of Nature, indicated that 290 different invasive exotic species were identified in just over half of the World Heritage sites worldwide, and that unfortunately, information on the management of these species was not available for 40 percent of the affected sites.
3°-The Convention on Biological Diversity, ratified by Costa Rica through Law No. 7416 of June 30, 1994, in Article 8, establishes that:
