. Within the construction plans, the following must be included: Contour lines specifying cut and fill areas, Calculation report for stormwater discharge, Proposal for slope stabilization and protection of adjoining properties.
. Present the environmental feasibility (viabilidad ambiental) from the SETENA, in cases where applicable.
. Be up to date with municipal taxes and have a current Real Estate Declaration (less than five years).
In the following cases, additionally submit:
a. For cuts:
. Thickness of the organic layer to be removed.
. The slopes of each cut slope at the end of the construction.
. Summary of the results of the analysis of the slopes, with the resulting safety factors.
. The water management and erosion control system during and after the earthworks (movimientos de tierra): drainage, pipes, and similar.
b. For fills:
. The material to be used in the fill and its quality.
. The method to be used for compaction of the fill, as well as the laboratory tests that support the use of said method.

. The owner(s) of the work must be up to date with the payment of municipal taxes and declarations of Real Estate.
. In the event that retaining walls are built, a separate construction permit must be requested.
. Indicate what mitigation measures will be implemented to avoid affecting third parties, in immediate adjoining properties and indirect neighbors of the property. (MANAGEMENT AND MITIGATION PLAN).
