Coordenadas del área de veda total para pesca de camarón por un año a partir de la publicación en el Diario Oficial La Gaceta del Establecimiento del Área Marina para la Pesca Responsable de Tárcoles 15 metros de batimetría siguiendo desde siguiendo el contorno de la costa Coordenadas planas

Igualmente se establecerá si se permite la pesca en dicha zona y las condiciones bajo las cuales se permitiría la pesquería, ya sea de manera total o temporal; sin que lo anterior se interprete como una exclusión expresa, tácita o indefinida a la pesca de la flota camaronera de arrastre, a la flota sardinera bolichera o a la flota comercial a pequeña escala del área vedada del AMPR-Tárcoles, después de transcurrido el año referido en el acuerdo AJDIP/193-2011

(Nota: Mediante acuerdo A.J.D.I.P/377 del 17 de agosto de 2012, se estableció lo siguiente: ".Se mantiene y establece una zona de veda total por un año en el Área Marina de Pesca Responsable de Tárcoles, en las zonas definidas como 1, 2, 3 y 4 de conformidad con el Plan de Ordenamiento Pesquero del Área, para la pesca de arrastre y artesanal a pequeña escala con trasmallo, plazo que se mantendrá vigente hasta el 19 de agosto del 2013. Dentro del plazo indicado la Dirección Técnica, a través del Departamento de Investigación del INCOPESCA, deberá continuar con los estudios que se han venido realizando y complementarlos con la investigación sobre estimación de biomasa del recurso camarón, con la participación de ambos sectores, semi-industrial y artesanal, debiendo realizarse muestreos diurnos y nocturnos, con la utilización de artes de arrastre, utilizados en la pesca semi-industrial de conformidad con los parámetros técnicos que sean definidos, y presentarse a la Junta Directiva informes trimestrales de avance.")
