This meant impact for a total of 11,701 people, including the population that was isolated, people who were relocated for safety reasons, and people assisted in temporary shelters, the latter totaling 1,010 people.

8488, the National Law on Emergencies and Risk Prevention, is their responsibility, although this collegiate body may request on-site verification of said cause-and-effect relationship and take the appropriate rigorous measures in the applicable venue, should it not be possible to reliably verify it.
The submission of Investment Plans may be immediate upon the publication of the General Emergency Plan. Additionally, cases of public works will require an inspection by the CNE's Reconstruction Process Management Unit prior to the submission of the Investment Plan.
The timely submission of these data is intended to enable the Executive Director of the CNE to comply with the provision to report to this Board of Directors twice a year on the progress in the execution of this General Plan of the Emergency.

Esto significó afectación para un total de 11,701 personas, entre las que se contabiliza población que quedó aislada, personas que fueron movilizadas por razones de seguridad y personas atendidas en albergues temporales, estas últimas que sumaron un total de 1,010 personas.
SE ACUERDA:

La presentación de los Planes de Inversión podrá ser inmediata a partir de la publicación del Plan General de Emergencia. Adicionalmente los casos de obra pública requerirán de una inspección de la Unidad de Gestión de Procesos de Reconstrucción de la CNE de previo a la presentación del Plan de Inversión.
La oportuna remisión de estos datos tiene la finalidad de que la señora Directora Ejecutiva de la CNE pueda acatar la disposición de informar, dos veces al año, a esta Junta Directiva, sobre el avance en la ejecución del presente Plan General de la Emergencia.
