CONSIDERING:

38924-S of January 12, 2015, the Executive Branch promulgated the Regulation for Drinking Water Quality (Reglamento para la Calidad del Agua Potable).

CONSIDERANDO:

38924-S de 12 de enero de 2015, el Poder Ejecutivo promulgó el Reglamento para la Calidad del Agua Potable.

2009-009040 y 2009-009041 la Sala Constitucional de la Corte Suprema de Justicia dispuso, para el caso de los acueductos cuyas fuentes fueron contaminadas con Bromacil, Diurón, Triadimefom, que: "En forma inmediata se inicie el proceso de saneamiento y eliminación de residuos de plaguicidas", acciones que se realizan bajo la Comisión del Plan Único coordinado por el Ministerio de Salud, por orden de la misma Sala Constitucional. 3

ADICION DE UN ARTÍCULO TRANSITORIO AL DECRETO EJECUTIVO No. 38924-S DE 12 DE ENERO DE 2015 "REGLAMENTO PARA LA CALIDAD DEL AGUA POTABLE"

POR TANTO

DECRETAN:

38924-S de 12 de enero de 2015 "Reglamento para la Calidad del Agua Potable", para que en lo sucesivo se lea así:

"Transitorio II.- (Mediante resolución de la Sala Constitucional N° 17950 del 8 de noviembre de 2017, se declaró inconstitucional este transitorio II.)
