Rodrigo Jiménez Rímolo, bearer of identity card Nº 1-504-185, Vice President with powers of unlimited general agent without limit of sum of the cited company, whose legal capacity is current and registered in the Commercial Section of the Public Registry at volume one thousand three hundred sixty- one, folio ninety-nine, entry one hundred twenty-one, requested from the Área de Conservación La Amistad Pacífico, Oficina Subregional de Buenos Aires, the voluntary submission to the Private Wildlife Refuge Regime, a property owned by it which is registered in the National Registry, Folio Real registration number one hundred fifteen thousand seven hundred fifty-seven-zero zero zero, located in the second district Volcán, third canton Buenos Aires, province of Puntarenas, with an area of two hundred seventy-three hectares, two thousand eight hundred fifty-eight square meters and forty-three square decimeters, cadastral map number P-six hundred seven thousand seven hundred thirty-one-two thousand, which is submitted in its entirety.
The company Corporación de Desarrollo Agrícola Del Monte Sociedad Anónima, agreed to voluntarily submit to the Private Wildlife Refuge regime, the said property for a period of ten years, as established in article 102, subsection f), of the Regulation to the Wildlife Conservation Law, automatically renewable unless its prior manifestation or that of the administration expresses otherwise.
