in the entirety of the text - Complete Text of Norm 42153 Declares the El Proyecto ARA Association to be of Public Utility for the interests of the State Complete Text of act: 1344A6 N° 42153-MJP THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC AND THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE AND PEACE Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 140, subsection 18) and 146 of the Political Constitution, Article 32 of the Associations Act number 218 of August 8, 1939, and Articles 27 and following of the Regulations to the Associations Act number 29496-J, published in La Gaceta N° 96 of May 21, 2001, as well as the provisions of Article 3, subsection ch) of the Income Tax Act number 7092 and Articles 103 and 104 of the Tax Code of Norms and Procedures number 4755.
I.-Article 32 of the Associations Act N° 218 of August 8, 1939, and its amendments, grants the Executive Branch the power to declare simple, federated, or confederated associations of public utility (utilidad pública), whose development and activities are particularly useful for the interests of the State, and which thereby contribute to addressing a social need.
II.-The Asociación El Proyecto Ara, legal entity ID number N° 3-002-659284, was registered in the Associations Registry of the National Registry, as of July 17, 2012, under volume: 2012 and entry: 95246.
III.-The purposes pursued by the Asociación El Proyecto Ara, legal entity ID number N° 3-002-659284, according to its bylaws are: "Article three: the purposes of the Association include: Aid, cooperation, research, and education activities for the breeding, protection, and care of birds, their growth, development, and their insertion into the national and international environment." II.-La Asociación El Proyecto Ara, cédula de persona jurídica N° 3-002-659284, se inscribió en el Registro de Asociaciones del Registro Nacional, desde el 17 de julio del 2012, bajo el tomo: 2012 y asiento: 95246.
III.-Los fines que persigue la Asociación El Proyecto Ara, cédula de persona jurídica N° 3-002-659284, según sus estatutos son: "Artículo tercero: los fines de la Asociación incluyen: Actividades de ayuda, cooperación, investigación y educación para la crianza, protección y cuido de las aves, su crecimiento, desarrollo y la inserción de las mismas al medio ambiente nacional e internacional." IV.-Tales fines solventan una necesidad social de primer orden, por lo cual merecen el apoyo del Estado costarricense. Por tanto,
