Además, encarga al SENARA realizar en dos años los estudios técnicos, económicos, ambientales y sociales necesarios para consolidar un distrito de riego u otra forma de organización. Se deroga el artículo 3° del Decreto Ejecutivo N° 32517-MAG, que había encargado a SURCOOP el desarrollo de un proyecto de plátano y el uso de la infraestructura. El Decreto se emite en el marco de la prevención del riesgo y la gestión de desastres, con fundamento en la Ley de Emergencias N° 8488 y las competencias del SENARA.

in the entirety of the text - Full Text of Regulation 41542 Recovery and management of irrigation infrastructure on the Térraba River Full Text of Act: 12A34D Nº 41542-MAG THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC AND THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND LIVESTOCK In exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 140, subsections 3), 8), 18) and 20) and 146 of the Political Constitution, Articles 25, 27.1, 28.2b of Law Nº 6227 of May 2, 1978, General Law of Public Administration, and Article 18 of Law Nº 6877 of July 18, 1983, Law for the Creation of the National Groundwater, Irrigation, and Drainage Service.
CONSIDERING
8488, in its Article 25, establishes the responsibility of all institutions of the Costa Rican State in risk prevention, stating: "Article 25. -State responsibility. It is the responsibility of the Costa Rican State to prevent disasters; therefore, all institutions shall be obliged to consider the concepts of risk and disaster in their programs and include the ordinary management measures that are appropriate and timely to prevent their manifestation, promoting a culture that tends to reduce them."

en la totalidad del texto - Texto Completo Norma 41542 Recuperación y gestión de infraestructura para riego en río Térraba Texto Completo acta: 12A34D Nº 41542-MAG EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA Y EL MINISTRO DE AGRICULTURA Y GANADERÍA En uso de las facultades conferidas en los artículos 140, incisos 3), 8), 18) y 20) y 146 de la Constitución Política, los artículos 25, 27.1, 28.2b de la Ley N º 6227 del 2 de mayo de 1978, Ley General de la Administración Pública y el artículo 18 de la Ley N º 6877 del 18 de julio de 1983, Ley de Creación del Servicio Nacional de Aguas Subterráneas, Riego y Avenamiento.
1 º-Que de conformidad con lo establecido en la Ley de Creación del SENARA (Ley Nº 6877), y mediante Decreto Ejecutivo Nº 19628-MAG de 20 de abril de 1990, se creó el Distrito de Riego y Avenamiento y Zona de Conservación de Suelos Osa-Golfito y Corredores de la Provincia de Puntarenas.
CONSIDERANDO
