The field inspection report must be rendered on the official form prepared by the ICT for such purposes, and must be accompanied by a report in which the inspectors detail at least the following information:
1. ICT field inspection form number.
2. Report number.
3. Date and time of the inspection.
4. Date and time of the report.
5. Name and ID number of the inspectors responsible for the inspection, as well as the name and ID number of any other person present or participating in the inspection.
6. Case file number to which the inspection corresponds.
7. Name and ID number of the applicant.
8. Exact location of the parcel (address, beach, district, canton, province).
9. Number of meters facing the Public Zone.
10. Number of meters facing a public road.
11. Number of square meters or hectares requested.
12. Registered survey plan (plano catastrado) number, if available.
13. Number of boundary markers (mojones) visible in the public zone in front of the requested area, quantity of boundary markers, and their year (photograph the condition of each boundary marker).
14. Abutting properties (colindancias) (north, south, east, and west).
15. Duration of occupation, if stated by the interested party.
16. Use requested.
17. Topographic description of the parcel and whether the field matches the graphic description of the sketch or plan provided.
18. Indication of whether conflicts arose at the time of the inspection.
19. Existence of crops and type of crop.
20. Existence of improvements and detailed description thereof (quantity, area, materials, whether inhabited and for what use, number of floors, state of conservation, rooms if possible, fences, walls, type of existing vegetation, number of inhabitants if possible, apparent age, apparent state of conservation, etc.), whether they are located in the ZP or ZR, proximity to estuaries (esteros), mangroves, rivers, streams (quebradas), etc.
21. Existence of roads and whether these accesses coincide with those shown in the road system of the regulatory plan, their width and condition, type of roadway material, public services available (water, electricity, public lighting, telephone, cable television, internet, solid waste collection, etc.).
22. Name of the Regulatory Plan for the coastal sector.
23. Existence of a Declaration of Tourism Suitability (Declaratoria Aptitud Turística).
24. Comments, observations, etc.
25. Annex of photographs and a drawing of the land and existing constructions, related to reference points such as rivers, streams, etc.
Once the municipal inspector delivers the result of the inspection to the responsible official, the latter shall have a maximum period of 30 calendar days to forward the result to the interested party. In the event that there were no constructions or commercial activities, this forwarding of the inspection result via administrative resolution shall be for informational purposes. This is with the intention that the interested party may express their conformity or non-conformity with the report, applying tacit conformity (conformidad tácita) if no statements are received within 10 business days following notification.
