The field inspection report must be rendered on the official form developed by the ICT for such purposes, and must be accompanied by a report in which the inspectors detail at least the following information:
1. ICT field inspection ticket number 2. Report number.
3. Date and time of the inspection 4. Date and time of the report.
5. Name and identity card number of the inspectors responsible for the inspection, as well as the name and identity card number of any other person who was present or participated in the inspection.
6. File number corresponding to the inspection.
7. Name and identity card number of the applicant.
8. Exact location of the parcel (address, beach, district, canton, province).
9. Number of meters of frontage on the Public Zone.
10. Number of meters of frontage on a public street.
11. Number of square meters or hectares requested.
12. Cadastral plan number, if available.
13. Number of boundary markers (mojones) visible in the public zone in front of the requested area, number of boundary markers, and their year (photograph the condition of each marker).
14. Boundaries (north, south, east, and west).
15. Time of occupation, if stated by the interested party.
16. Requested use.
17. Topographic description of the parcel and whether the field coincides with the graphic description of the provided sketch or plan.
18. Indication of whether conflicts arose at the time of the inspection.
19. Existence of crops and type of crop.
20. Existence of improvements and a detailed description thereof (quantity, area, materials, whether they are inhabited and for what use, number of floors, state of conservation, rooms if possible, fences, walls, type of existing vegetation, number of inhabitants if possible, apparent age, apparent state of conservation, etc.), whether they are located in ZP or ZR, proximity to estuaries (esteros), mangroves, rivers, streams (quebradas), etc.
21. Existence of streets and whether these accesses coincide with those shown in the road network of the zonal regulatory plan, their width and condition, type of road material, public services available (water, electricity, public lighting, telephone, cable television, internet, solid waste collection, etc.)
22. Name of the Zonal Regulatory Plan for the coastal sector.
23. Existence of a Declaration of Tourism Aptitude (Declaratoria Aptitud Turística).
24. Comments, observations, etc.
25. Annex of photographs and a drawing of the land and existing constructions related to reference points such as rivers, streams, etc.
Once the municipal inspector has delivered the result of the inspection to the responsible official, the latter shall have a maximum period of 30 calendar days to transfer the result thereof to the interested party; assuming that there are no constructions or commercial activities, this transfer of the inspection result by means of an administrative resolution shall be for informative purposes. The foregoing is with the intention that the interested party expresses their agreement or disagreement with the report, with tacit agreement (conformidad tácita) applying in the event that no statements are received within 10 business days following its notification.
