The texts are as follows:
"Article 159.- Sexual relations with minors. Whoever makes a minor access them or has carnal access via oral, anal, or vaginal means, provided it does not constitute the crime of rape, shall be punished with a prison sentence, in the following cases:
- 1)With a prison sentence of three to six years, when the victim is over thirteen and under fifteen years of age, and the perpetrator is five or more years older than that age.
- 2)With a prison sentence of two to three years, when the victim is over fifteen and under eighteen years of age, and the perpetrator is seven or more years older than that age.
- 3)With a prison sentence of four to ten years, whenever the perpetrator, with respect to the victim, holds the status of ascendant, uncle, aunt, brother or sister, cousin by consanguinity or affinity, is the tutor (tutor) or guardian (guardador), or is in a position of trust or authority with respect to the victim or their family, whether or not a kinship relationship exists.
The same cases shall apply if the action consists of the introduction of one or more fingers, objects, or animals via the vaginal or anal route." "Article 161.- Sexual abuse against minors and incapable persons. Whoever abusively performs acts for sexual purposes against a minor or an incapable person, or forces them to perform them upon the agent, upon themselves, or upon another person, provided it does not constitute the crime of rape, shall be punished with a prison sentence of three to eight years.
The sentence shall be four to ten years of imprisonment when:
- 1)The offended person is under fifteen years of age.
