Other types of businesses between 1,000 and 3,000 m2. | | d. Technical and environmental conditions: the technical conditions to which land use must be subject for this zone are as follows:
d.1. Carry out geotechnical studies and respect the established recommendations for the foundation design of the works.
d.2. The buildings must comply with the specifications of the Seismic Code.
d.3. Use black and gray water treatment systems to reduce the possibility of impact on the aquifer given its high vulnerability.
d.4. Reforest the zone with endemic species to promote the permanence and attraction of fauna.
d.5. Respect the maximum construction areas, height and number of stories, and others in the Regulatory Plan.
d.6. The infrastructure design must be in harmony with the surroundings.
