The following are duties of the owners of real estate, located in the canton, or of those who appear as holders of the account for urban services:
a. Clean the vegetation at the edges of public roads and trim what harms or hinders the passage of persons.
b. Build fences and clean unbuilt lots, as well as those uninhabited dwellings or those in a ruinous state or slated for demolition.
c. Remove abandoned objects from sidewalks and public roads.
d. Build sidewalks and maintain them.
e. Do not obstruct passage on sidewalks with access steps to dwellings, bollards, chains, signs, construction materials, or security devices at garage entrances.
f. Install downspouts and gutters to collect rainwater from buildings whose walls immediately adjoin the public road.
g. Execute conservation works on the facades of houses or buildings visible from the public road when, due to tourist, archaeological, or historical interest, the municipality so requires.
h. Adequately guarantee the safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of properties when they affect roads and public properties or third parties in relation to them.
