Considering:

10.-That by virtue of the foregoing, it is necessary to regulate the technical and legal conditions under which the land transport of toxic and hazardous products or substances is possible. Therefore,
"OFFICIAL ADOPTION OF THE EMERGENCY RESPONSE GUIDEBOOK FOR THE TRANSPORT OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS 2008"
Decree:

In the rest of the national regulations where compliance with the "Emergency Response Guidebook" (Guía de Respuesta en Caso de Emergencia) is stipulated, proceed to substitute said name with that of "Emergency Sheet for the Transport of Hazardous Products" (Ficha de Emergencia para el Transporte de Productos Peligrosos).

"Article 68.-In the event that a spill or some other incident occurs during transport, the person in charge of the hazardous material must notify or cause to be notified:
The Emergency System 9-1-1.

10.-Que en virtud de lo expuesto, se requiere reglamentar las condiciones técnicas y jurídicas bajo las cuales es posible el transporte terrestre de productos o sustancias tóxicas y peligrosas. Por tanto,
"OFICIALIZACIÓN DE GUÍA DE RESPUESTA EN CASO DE EMERGENCIA PARA EL TRANSPORTE DE MATERIALES PELIGROSOS 2008"
Decretan:

En el resto de la normativa nacional en donde se estipule el cumplimiento de la "Guía de Respuesta en Caso de Emergencia", procédase a sustituir dicho nombre por el de "Ficha de Emergencia para el Transporte de Productos Peligrosos".
