These entities shall have a period of thirty calendar days to approve it from the date on which they received the request.
Once the concession is approved, the interested party shall carry out the procedures for its registration in the General Registry of Concessions of the Maritime Zone at the National Registry. The contracts shall have no legal effect until such time as registration in the General Registry of Concessions of the National Registry is obtained.
The minimum elements that the concession contract must contain in order to be sent to the ICT or the IDA, as appropriate, shall be:
a. Identification data of the concessionaire (concesionario) or their legal representative, citing the data of the registry recording their representation.
b. Identification data of the municipal representative and an indication of the municipal agreement whereby they are authorized to sign this contract.
c. A brief account of the incidents occurring in the concession procedure: date of presentation of the concession application, existence or absence of objections in the procedure, date on which the declaration of a tourism-suitable or non-tourism-suitable zone was issued by the ICT, date on which the management plan (plan regulador) was adopted and published, date of the appraisal (avalúo).
d. Identification data of the parcel (parcela) requested in concession and its description.
e. Indication of the use for which the concession was approved.
f. Term of the concession and obligations of the concessionaire.
g. Fee (Canon) set for the concession.
h. Literal transcription of the municipal agreement whereby granting the concession is approved and the Mayor is authorized to sign the contract.
i. Identification of the appraisal carried out on the property and the applicable fee (canon).
