throughout the entire text - Complete Text of Norm 43955 Declaration of the cessation of the state of emergency decreed by the Executive Branch through Emergency Decree No. 41852-MP-MAG No. 43955 MP-MAG THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, THE MINISTER OF THE PRESIDENCY, AND THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND LIVESTOCK In accordance with the provisions of subsections 3) and 18) of article 140 and article 146 of the Political Constitution of the Republic of Costa Rica, articles 27 subsection 1) and 28 subsection 2) subparagraph b) of Law No. 6227 - General Law of Public Administration, of May 2, 1978, and articles 30 and 37 of Law No. 8488, of November 22, 2005, National Law on Emergencies and Risk Prevention.
Considering:
41852-MP-MAG, published in La Gaceta number 156 of August twenty-first, two thousand nineteen, a national state of emergency was declared for the situation generated by water deficit (déficit hídrico) resulting from abnormal rainfall behavior, with effects in cantons of the provinces of Guanacaste, Puntarenas, Alajuela, Cartago, and San José.
41852-MP-MAG, which, for the purposes of its preparation, considered the account of actions and works developed with resources from the National Emergency Fund, through the executing units appointed by the CNE Board of Directors, under the exceptional framework and the contents of the General Emergency Plan.
