4. That having duly analyzed the foregoing, the Board of Directors of the Costa Rican Institute of Fisheries and Aquaculture. Therefore;
1º-To add a Transitory Provision I, to Board of Directors Agreement AJDIP/017-2023, so that it reads as follows:
"For those vessels that are in the middle of fishing trips at the time of publication of this Agreement, its effectiveness shall be considered from the moment they set sail again on a date subsequent to its publication in the Official Gazette La Gaceta 2º-The Agreement is final.

4. Que debidamente analizado lo expuesto, la Junta Directiva del Instituto Costarricense de Pesca y Acuicultura. Por tanto; ACUERDA 1º-Adicionar un Transitorio I, al Acuerdo de Junta Directiva AJDIP/017-2023, con el fin de que se lea de la siguiente manera:
