The Board of Directors of the Empresa de Servicios Públicos de Heredia S. A., through agreement number: JD 159-2022, in ordinary session number four thousand one hundred eighty-four, dated the twenty-seventh of July of the year two thousand twenty-two, in its article four, subsection four point two, agreed to modify subsection d) of articles 25, 26, and 27 of the Regulation for the Provision of Electric Energy Services and subsection f) of articles 24 and 25 of the Regulation for Potable Water, Sanitary Sewerage, and Hydrants of the ESPH S. A., so that they read correctly as indicated below:

Articles 25, 26, and 27:

La Junta Directiva de la Empresa de Servicios Públicos de Heredia S. A., mediante acuerdo número: JD 159-2022, en sesión ordinaria número cuatro mil ciento ochenta y cuatro, de fecha veintisiete de julio del año dos mil veintidós, en su artículo cuatro, inciso cuatro punto dos, acordó modificar el inciso d) de los artículos 25, 26 y 27 del Reglamento de Prestación de Energía Eléctrica y el inciso f) artículos 24 y 25 del Reglamento de Agua Potable, Alcantarillado Sanitario e Hidrantes de la ESPH S. A., para que se lean correctamente como se indica a continuación:
REGLAMENTO DE PRESTACIÓN DE SERVICIOS DE ENERGÍA ELÉCTRICA, EN BAJA Y MEDIA TENSIÓN, DE LA ESPH S. A.
Artículos 25, 26 y 27:
Inciso d): Certificación literal vigente emitida por el Registro Nacional, que demuestre la propiedad sobre el inmueble o copia certificada de la escritura pública de adquisición del mismo. En este último caso el cliente deberá presentar ante la ESPH S.
