AJDIP/247-2022.-Puntarenas, on the ninth day of November of two thousand twenty-two.
AGREES 1º-To approve the requested extension and amend the agreement of the Board of Directors of the Instituto Costarricense de Pesca y Acuicultura AJDIP/076-2022, in its Transitory Provision II, so that henceforth it reads as follows:
Transitory Provision II: "For Sport and Tourism Fishing vessels, this regulation shall be applicable as of Tuesday, February 28, 2023".
(Note from Sinalevi: Through agreement N° AJDIP/030-2023 of February 7, 2023, the following is established: "That in relation to the provisions of Board of Directors Agreement AJDIP/247-2022, the same shall be applicable only to medium-scale vessels of Tourism and Sport Fishing, for which the provisions of said agreement shall take effect as of February 28, 2023")

AJDIP/247-2022.-Puntarenas, a los nueve días del mes de noviembre de dos mil veintidós.
ACUERDA 1º-Aprobar la solicitud de prórroga solicitada y modificar el acuerdo de Junta Directiva del Instituto Costarricense de Pesca y Acuicultura AJDIP/076-2022, en su Transitorio II, para que en lo sucesivo se lea de la siguiente manera:

(Nota de Sinalevi: Mediante acuerdo N° AJDIP/030-2023 del 7 de febrero del 2023 se establece lo siguiente: " Que en relación a lo dispuesto en el Acuerdo de Junta Directiva AJDIP/247-2022, el mismo será aplicable únicamente para las embarcaciones de mediana escala de la Pesca Turística y Deportiva, para las cuales lo establecido en dicho acuerdo empezará a regir a partir del 28 de febrero del año 2023")
