en la totalidad del texto - Texto Completo Norma 114 Ajuste por indexación del canon que establece el Artículo 14 del Reglamento a la Ley 6758, Ley Reguladora del Desarrollo y Ejecución del Proyecto Turístico Golfo de Papagayo INSTITUTO COSTARRICENSE DE TURISMO POLO TURÍSTICO GOLFO DE PAPAGAYO Indexación del Canon de Cesión al artículo 14 del Reglamento a la Ley Reguladora del Desarrollo y Ejecución del Proyecto Turístico Golfo de Papagayo El Instituto Costarricense de Turismo, hace del conocimiento que mediante acuerdo SJD-114-2022 tomado en Sesión Ordinaria Presencial N° 6222 de la Junta Directiva del Instituto Costarricense de Turismo, Apartado 5, Inciso II, celebrada el día 01 de agosto de 2022, se procede con la indexación del Canon por cesión, artículo 12 del Reglamento a la Ley Reguladora del Desarrollo y Ejecución del Proyecto Turístico Golfo de Papagayo.
Acuerdo que textualmente dice:
SE ACUERDA: Con fundamento en el oficio N° PGP- 0492-2022 suscrito por la Dirección Ejecutiva del PTGP, el comunicado de acuerdo N° CDP-114-2022 tomado por el Consejo Director del Polo Turístico Golfo de Papagayo, de conformidad con el criterio técnico N° PGP-427-2022 suscrito por la Dirección Ejecutiva y en cumplimiento de lo establecido en el Artículo 14 al Reglamento de la Ley Reguladora del Polo Turístico Golfo de Papagayo, Ley 6758; aprobar la siguiente propuesta de ajuste por indexación al canon de concesión según lo dispuesto en el cuarto párrafo del artículo 12:
