in the entirety of the text - Complete Text of Regulation 43399 Amendment to the Regulation on the Organizational Structure of the State Phytosanitary Service No. 43399-MAG THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC AND THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND LIVESTOCK In exercise of the powers conferred upon them by Articles 140, subsections 3), 8), 18), and 20), and 146 of the Political Constitution, Articles 25, 28 paragraph 2, subsection b) of the General Law on Public Administration, Law No. 6227 of May 2, 1978, the Law for the Promotion of Agricultural Production (FODEA) and Organic Law of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, Law No. 7064 of April 29, 1987, and Law No. 7664 of April 8, 1997, Law on Phytosanitary Protection; and
Considering:
36801-MAG of September 20, 2011, the Regulation on the Organizational Structure of the State Phytosanitary Service was created, necessary for the proper execution of its functions and competencies entrusted in Law No. 7664 of April 8, 1997, Law on Phytosanitary Protection.
