"Article 18.-The following types of persons and organizations are exempt from the payment of entry tariffs to protected wild areas:

- f)Pensioned persons of the National System of Conservation Areas, who must comply with the institutional procedure developed for these purposes.
- g)The fathers, mothers, children and spouses of active or pensioned officials of the National System of Conservation Areas. For these purposes, the use of this exemption may be made once a month. The official must submit two weeks in advance to the Administrator of the Protected Wild Area, a note requesting the application of the exemption. The same must indicate the identity card numbers of the family members to be exempted, as well as the specification of the blood relationship -which will be verified by the Administrator of the Protected Wild Area in the Portal of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal-, the date on which the visit is planned, the date of the last time they made use of this exemption and the name of the protected wild area where it was applied. Once received, the Administrator must resolve in writing whether the benefit is granted within a period of ten days."
