The complaint shall contain:
- a)The full name and identification document number of the complainant.
- b)The full name, identification document number, and address of the respondent, if known.
- c)The exact address where the acts against the environment occurred.
- d)The detailed description of the facts or acts committed against the environment.
- e)The evidence substantiating the conduct against the environment, or an indication thereof, if any exists.
- f)The email address, fax number, or, failing that, the exact address for receiving future notifications for the complainant. In case of non-compliance with this requirement, automatic notification shall apply, in accordance with Article 11 of Law No. 8667, Judicial Notifications, of December 4, 2008.
In the event of non-compliance with subsections e) and d), compliance shall be required a single time, under penalty of archiving the file.
