At the request of the subscriber (abonado), a high-consumption report shall be prepared in the Customer Service Unit, using the form designated for that purpose. In the event that non-visible leaks are determined within the property, based on the inspection carried out, the subscriber shall be informed of such situation and a corresponding adjustment shall be made for the prior period and, if necessary, for the period subsequent to said inspection, with the subscriber being obligated during this time to repair the leak. Said adjustment shall be applied by charging the normal average consumption shown in the last six registered billings. Should the leak continue, no further adjustments shall be made. For the application of new adjustments resulting from leaks generated in the same reported location, a period of 12 months must elapse since the last adjustment, and it shall be carried out following a prior municipal inspection.
