In those cases involving training (courses, workshops, etc.), only those given by a public entity shall be permitted, but prior to their execution, they must be evaluated and have the approval of the Extension and Training Department.
During supervisions carried out by Incopesca or by IMAS, if the fisherman is not present during the hours previously scheduled for the fulfillment of his Community Work Service, he shall be interpreted as absent unless the interested party presents a justification that complies with the provisions established in the first paragraph.
Any other type of justification different from those indicated above must be analyzed by the STC Evaluation Commission (Comisión de Valoración del STC), which likewise shall have the authority to order the interested party to complete the unfulfilled hours.
Said STC Evaluation Commission shall be composed of three INCOPESCA officials appointed by the Executive Presidency and two IMAS officials appointed by the Authorities of that Entity.
