In those cases involving training (courses, workshops, etc.), only those provided by a public entity shall be permitted, but prior to their execution, they must be evaluated and approved by the Department of Extension and Training.
During supervisions carried out by Incopesca or by IMAS, if the fisher is not present during the hours they previously scheduled for fulfilling their Community Work Service, it shall be interpreted as an absence unless the interested party presents a justification that complies with the provisions established in the first paragraph.
Any other type of justification different from those indicated above must be analyzed by the STC Evaluation Commission, which shall, in turn, have the authority to order the interested party to complete the unfulfilled hours.
Said STC Evaluation Commission shall be composed of three INCOPESCA officials appointed by the Executive Presidency and two IMAS officials appointed by the Authorities of that Entity.
