in the entirety of the text - Full Text of Norm 39011 Declares of Public Utility for the interests of the State the Administrative Association of the Aqueduct and Sewerage Quebrada El Yugo Full Text record: 1040C9 N° 39011-MJP THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC AND THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE AND PEACE Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 140, subsection 18) and 146 of the Political Constitution, Article 32 of the Law of Associations of August 8, 1939, and Articles 27 and following of the Regulations to the Law of Associations N° 29496-J, published in La Gaceta N° 96 of May 21, 2001.
I.That Article 32 of the Law of Associations number 218 of August eight of 1939 and its amendments, grants the Executive Branch the power to declare of Public Utility those simple, federated, or confederated Associations, whose development and activities are particularly useful for the interests of the State, and thereby contribute to solving a social need.
II.That the Administrative Association of the Aqueduct and Sewerage Quebrada El Yugo, legal entity identification number 3-002-375143, was registered in the Associations Registry of the Public Registry as of July two of 2004, under volume: 522, entry: 13227.
III.That the purposes pursued by the Association, according to article three of its Bylaws, are: "Article three: The purposes of the Association shall be: a) Administer, operate, and maintain in good condition the aqueduct, b) obtain the effective participation of the community in the repair, expansion, operation, maintenance, and administration of the aqueduct, c) offer a service and a product of the best possible quality to the associated community."
IV.That such purposes solve a social need of the highest order, for which reason they merit the support of the Costa Rican State. Therefore,

II.-Que la Asociación Administrativa de Acueducto y Alcantarillado Quebrada El Yugo, cédula de persona jurídica número 3-002-375143, se inscribió en el Registro de Asociaciones del Registro Público desde el día dos de julio de 2004, bajo el tomo: 522, asiento: 13227.
III.-Que los fines que persigue la Asociación, según el artículo tercero de sus Estatutos, son: "Artículo tres: Los fines de la Asociación serán: a) Administrar, operar y conservar en buenas condiciones el acueducto, b) obtener la participación efectiva de la comunidad en la reparación, ampliación, operación, mantenimiento y administración del acueducto, c) ofrecer un servicio y un producto de la mejor calidad posible a la comunidad asociada." IV.-Que tales fines solventan una necesidad social de primer orden, por lo cual merecen el apoyo del Estado Costarricense. Por tanto,
