PUBLIC UTILITY DECLARATION N° 38395-JP THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC AND THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE AND PEACE Pursuant to the provisions of articles 140, subsection 18) and 146 of the Political Constitution, article 32 of the Law of Associations (Ley de Asociaciones), and articles 27 and following of its Regulations (Reglamento).
I.-That article 32 of the Law of Associations (Ley de Asociaciones) N° 218 of August eighth, nineteen thirty-nine and its amendments, grants the Executive Branch the power to declare of Public Utility simple associations, federated or confederated, whose development and activities are particularly useful for the interests of the State, and that thereby contribute to addressing a social need.
II.-That the Asociación Administradora del Acueducto Rural de Bella Luz, Incendio y Naranjo de Corredores, legal entity identification number 3-002-202868, was registered in the Associations Registry (Registro de Asociaciones) of the Public Registry since the fifteenth day of November, two thousand four, under file N° 8554.
III.-That the purposes pursued by the Association, according to article three of its Bylaws (Estatutos), are: "Article three: The purposes of the Association are as follows: A) To build an aqueduct. III.-Que los fines que persigue la Asociación, según el artículo tercero de sus Estatutos, son: "Artículo tercero: Los fines de la Asociación son los siguientes: A) Construir un acueducto.
