in the entirety of the text - Complete Text of Regulation 37924 Renders ineffective Executive Decree No. 32810 "Declares of Public Utility for the interests of the State the 'Association for the Protection of Natural Resources Plantar'" Complete Text record: F4F87 No. 37924-JP THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC AND THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE AND PEACE Pursuant to the provisions of articles 140, subsection 18) and 146 of the Political Constitution, article 32 of the Law of Associations and articles 27 et seq. of its Regulations.
I.—That article 32 of the Law of Associations No. 218 of August eight, nineteen thirty-nine and its amendments, grants the Executive Branch the power to declare of Public Utility those simple, federated, or confederated Associations whose development and activities are particularly useful for the interests of the State, and which thereby contribute to addressing a social need.
II.—That the Association for the Protection of Natural Resources Plantar, legal entity identification number 3-002-247433, was registered in the Registry of Associations of the Public Registry as of July twenty, nineteen ninety-nine, under file 11304, volume 461, entry 15709. Likewise, said entity was declared of Public Utility by means of Executive Decree number 32810-J of October twenty-two, two thousand five.
III.—That the Association for the Protection of Natural Resources Plantar has not submitted its annual management reports from the year two thousand six to the present. Likewise, it has not fulfilled the requirements for the request to revoke the Declaration of Public Utility. Therefore,

II.-Que la Asociación para Protección de los Recursos Naturales Plantar, cédula de persona jurídica 3-002-247433 se inscribió en el Registro de Asociaciones del Registro Público desde el día veinte de julio de mil novecientos noventa y nueve, bajo el declarada de Utilidad Pública mediante el Decreto Ejecutivo número 32810-J del veintidós de octubre de dos mil cinco.
III.-Que la Asociación para la Protección de los Recursos Naturales Plantar, no ha presentado los informes de gestión anual desde el año dos mil seis a la actualidad. Asimismo, no ha cumplido con los requisitos para la solicitud de la revocatoria de la Declaratoria de Utilidad Pública. Por tanto,
