in the entirety of the text - Full Text of Norm 32810 Declares of Public Utility for the interests of the State the "Asociación para la Protección de los Recursos Naturales Plantar" Full Text of record: F4F8A No. 32810 No. 32810 (This executive decree was rendered without effect by Article 1 of executive decree No. 37924 of August 23, 2013) THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC AND THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE Based on the provisions of Articles 140, subsection 18) and 146 of the Political Constitution, Article 32 of the Law of Associations (Ley de Asociaciones) and Articles 27 and following of its Regulations (Reglamento).
I.-That Article 32 of the Law of Associations (Ley de Asociaciones) number 218 of August eight, nineteen thirty-nine and amendments, grants the Executive Branch the power to declare of Public Utility those simple, federated, or confederated Associations, whose development and activities are particularly useful for the interests of the State, and that thereby contribute to solving a social need.
II.-That the Asociación para la Protección de los Recursos Naturales Plantar, legal entity identification number 3-002-247433, was registered in the Associations Registry of the Public Registry since July twenty, nineteen ninety-nine, under file No. 11304.
III.-That the purposes pursued by the Association according to Article three of its Bylaws (Estatutos), are: "... Article three: The purposes of the Association are the following: a. To ensure the conservation, rescue, and protection of natural resources and the environment in general as well as their rational use in the canton and the country; b. To promote environmental education to raise awareness among members of society about the need to care for all natural resources; c. To encourage and support both governmental and private actions and those of other organized groups aimed at the protection and conservation of natural resources and the environment..." IV.-That such purposes solve a social need of the first order, for which they deserve the support of the Costa Rican State. Therefore,

I.-Que el artículo 32 de la Ley de Asociaciones número 218 de ocho de agosto de mil novecientos treinta y nueve y reformas, confiere al Poder Ejecutivo la potestad de declarar de Utilidad Pública a las Asociaciones simples, federadas o confederadas, cuyo desarrollo y actividades sean particularmente útiles para los intereses del Estado, y que por ello contribuyan a solventar una necesidad social.
II.-Que la Asociación para la Protección de los Recursos Naturales Plantar, cédula de Persona Jurídica número 3-002-247433, se inscribió en el Registro de Asociaciones del Registro Público desde el día veinte de julio de mil novecientos noventa y nueve, bajo el expediente Nº 11304.
III.-Que los fines que persigue la Asociación según el artículo tres de sus Estatutos, son: "... Artículo tres: Los fines de la Asociación son los siguientes: a. Velar por la conservación, rescate y protección de los recursos naturales y el ambiente en general así como de su uso racional en el cantón y el país; b. Promover la educación ambiental para concienciar a los miembros de la sociedad sobre la necesidad de cuidar todos los recursos naturales; c. Fomentar y apoyar las acciones tanto gubernamentales como privadas y de otros grupos organizados tendientes a la protección, conservación de los recursos naturales y del ambiente..." IV.-Que tales fines solventan una necesidad social de primer orden, por lo cual merecen el apoyo del Estado Costarricense. Por tanto,
