8.8.1 Probably contaminated zones (Zonas probablemente contaminadas). If as a result of measurements by the generating entity or those carried out by the Ministerio de Salud, or those carried out upon the occurrence of a leak or spill, it is determined that the prevention values established in this regulation are exceeded, the zone shall be classified by the Ministerio de Salud as a probably contaminated zone (zona probablemente contaminada). Likewise, it shall order the measures it deems pertinent to protect health and present for review by the Ministerio de Salud, within a maximum period of 10 business days , a Monitoring Plan for the following twelve months, in accordance with the contents and requirements of articles 12° and 13° of this regulation."
