Decretan:
"Artículo 22.-Los funcionarios gubernamentales y el fiscal ejercerán sus funciones directivas sin percibir dietas. Los demás miembros directivos, salvo que sean funcionarios públicos, devengarán dietas cuyo monto corresponderá al promedio de los montos establecidos por tal concepto para los miembros de las juntas directivas de las siguientes instituciones del Sector Agropecuario: el Consejo Nacional de Producción (CNP), el Instituto de Desarrollo Agrario (IDA), el Instituto Costarricense de Pesca y Acuicultura (INCOPESCA), el Sistema-Nacional de Aguas Subterráneas, Riego y Avenamiento (SENARA) y el Programa Integral de Mercadeo Agropecuario (PIMA); se les reconocerá el pago de hasta dos sesiones ordinarias por mes y tres extraordinarias por año.
El monto de las dietas citadas en el párrafo anterior será fijado por el Poder Ejecutivo."
