in the entirety of the text - Complete Text of Norm 36307 Declares of Public Utility for the interests of the State the Administrative Association of the Aqueduct and Sanitary Sewer of Pavones de Turrialba Complete Text record: D5FD5 Nº 36307-JP THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC AND THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE AND PEACE Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 140, subsection 18) and 146 of the Political Constitution, Article 32 of the Law of Associations and Articles 27 and following of its Regulation.
I.-That Article 32 of the Law of Associations number 218 of August eight, nineteen thirty-nine and its amendments, confers upon the Executive Branch the power to declare of Public Utility simple, federated or confederated Associations, whose development and activities are particularly useful for the interests of the State, and that thereby contribute to solving a social need.
II.-That the Administrative Association of the Aqueduct and Sanitary Sewer of Pavones de Turrialba, legal entity identification number 3-002-232101, was registered in the Registry of Associations of the Public Registry as of the ninth day of November, nineteen ninety-eight, at volume 453, entry 11,372, consecutive zero.
III.-That the purposes pursued by the Association, according to Article three of its bylaws, are: A) To build or expand an aqueduct in Pavones de Turrialba. B) To administer, operate and maintain in good condition the aqueduct in accordance with the provisions and Regulations issued in this regard by Acueductos y Alcantarillados. C) To obtain the effective participation of the community in the construction and maintenance of the aqueduct. D) Collaboration in the programs and campaigns of an educational nature that are undertaken. E) To help explain and disseminate within the community the provisions and regulations of Acueductos y Alcantarillados. F) To cooperate with the plans, projects and works undertaken by Acueductos y Alcantarillados in the community. G) To participate in the surveillance and protection of the sources of supply of the aqueduct, to prevent their contamination and to help with the protection of the hydrographic basins of the region." IV.-That such purposes solve a social need of the first order, for which they merit the support of the Costa Rican State. Therefore, They Decree:

II.-Que la Asociación Administradora del Acueducto y Alcantarillado Sanitario de Pavones de Turrialba, cédula de persona jurídica número 3-002-232101, se inscribió en el Registro de Asociaciones del Registro Público desde el día nueve de noviembre de mil novecientos noventa y ocho, al tomo 453, asiento 11.372, consecutivo cero.
III.-Que los fines que persigue la Asociación, según el artículo tercero de sus estatutos, son: A) Constituir o ampliar un acueducto en Pavones de Turrialba. B) Administrar, operar y conservar en buenas condiciones el acueducto de acuerdo con las disposiciones y Reglamentos que al respecto emita Acueductos y Alcantarillados. C) Obtener la participación efectiva de la comunidad, en la construcción y el mantenimiento del acueducto. D) Colaboración en los programas y campañas de índole educativa que se emprendan. E) Ayudar a explicar y divulgar en la comunidad las disposiciones y reglamentos de Acueductos y Alcantarillados. F) Cooperar con los planes, proyectos y obras que emprendan Acueductos y Alcantarillados en la comunidad. G) Participar la vigilancia y protección de las fuentes de abastecimiento del acueducto, evitar las contaminaciones de las mismas y ayudar a la protección de las cuencas hidrográficas de la región." IV.-Que tales fines solventan una necesidad social de primer orden, por lo cual merecen el apoyo del Estado Costarricense. Por tanto,
