"Article 6º-The meeting periods of the Council.
The National Council of Conservation Areas shall meet Ordinarily once a month, on dates that shall be calendared at the last Ordinary Session of each year.
No formal call to meeting shall be necessary for these sessions. However, the Executive Secretary of the Council may issue a reminder to its members.
The National Council of Conservation Areas may convene Extraordinarily at any time it is required. To do so, the following shall suffice:
- a)A call to meeting from the President with five business days' notice.
- b)An express request from at least 5 of its members, which shall be addressed to the Executive Secretary of the National Council of Conservation Areas, who shall, in this case, issue the respective call to meeting with equal notice."
