Dear Sirs:
In ordinary session of the Board of Directors No. 5639, article 5, subsection V), held on May 11, 2010, the following agreement was adopted, which textually reads:
IT IS AGREED:
(Preceding point A) corrected by means of an Erratum and published in La Gaceta No. 196 of October 8, 2010) B) To declare as having tourist suitability the Maritime-Terrestrial Zone comprised within the following conditions:
Starting point at the CRTM05 projection coordinate: 951222 N - 594957 E (referenced to the Lambert projection: 283988N - 558283 E), located at Punta Cerro Partido at the extreme southeast of the city of Golfito, to the point at the CRTM05 projection coordinate: 949521 N - 594643 E (referenced to the Lambert projection: 282295 N - 557952 E), including the lands bordering the mangroves in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 of the Regulation to Law No. 6043 on the Maritime- Terrestrial Zone.

Estimados señores:
En sesión ordinaria de Junta Directiva Nº 5639, artículo 5º, inciso V), celebrada el día 11 de mayo del 2010, se tomó el siguiente acuerdo que textualmente dice:
SE ACUERDA:
(Corregido el punto A) anterior, mediante Fe de Erratas y publicada en La Gaceta N° 196 del 8 de octubre de 2010) B) Declarar de aptitud turística la Zona Marítimo Terrestre que se encuentra comprendida dentro de las siguientes condiciones:
Punto de inicio en la coordenada de la proyección CRTM05: 951222 N - 594957 E (referencia a la proyección Lambert: 283988N - 558283 E), ubicada en la Punta Cerro Partido al extremo sureste de la ciudad de Golfito, hasta el punto de coordenada de la proyección CRTM05: 949521 N - 594643 E (referencia a la proyección Lambert: 282295 N - 557952 E), incluyendo los terrenos que bordean los manglares de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 4º del Reglamento a la Ley Nº 6043 de la Zona Marítimo Terrestre.
