Agreement No. 3865: Article 16, Chapter V of the Irrigation Services Regulation for the districts is amended to read as follows:
"Article 16.--The irrigation service fee shall be established on an annual basis, payable in two six-month installments. The period from January 1 to June 30 is defined as the first semester and the period from July 1 to December 31 of each year as the second semester. For the first semester, invoices will be issued for collection on the first business day of June, and for the second semester, invoices will be issued for collection on the first business day of January and will have a due date of the last business day of the aforementioned months."
