34888-MINAE(*), of August 29, 2008, titled "Admission Fees for the Pacific Marine Park", is hereby amended, so that henceforth it shall read as follows:
(*)(Its name thus amended by Article 11 of the Law "Transfer of the Telecommunications Sector from the Ministry of Environment, Energy and Telecommunications to the Ministry of Science and Technology, No. 9046 of June 25, 2012) "Article 2º-For the right of admission to the Pacific Marine Park, the following fees shall be paid:
a- Per day for non-residents:
$7 (seven dollars) for visitors over 12 years of age.
$4 (four dollars) for children 4 to 11 years of age and foreigners with a disability.
b- Per day for nationals and residents:
¢2,000.00 (two thousand colones) for visitors 12 years of age and older.
¢1,500.00 (one thousand five hundred colones) for children 4 to 11 years of age.
¢1,200.00 (one thousand two hundred colones) for organized groups of national or foreign students studying in the country, up to twenty-five years of age, upon presentation of a current and good condition student ID issued by the educational institution.
¢600.00 (six hundred colones) for persons with a disability and persons over 60 years of age upon prior presentation of an identity card in good condition.
c- Per day, organized groups of at least 20 people, with a reservation requested at least two business days prior to admission, shall receive a 10% discount."
