1. That the Infrastructure Project for Braulio Carrillo National Park, Barva Volcano Sector, SINAC-MINAE, be declared unviable and that the respective entities be notified.
2. That the President of the Republic, Dr. Óscar Arias Sánchez, be requested to halt any project for the Opening of Braulio Carrillo National Park, Barva Volcano Zone, and its zone of influence.
3. That the President of the Republic, Dr. Óscar Arias Sánchez, be requested to put into force the Decree Law of July 30, 1888, consistent with his proclamation of "Peace with Nature," and at the same time to declare the referenced zone: National heritage for the protection of water and environmental resources, sources of life, health, and development.
