This Board of Directors reviews the Request for Delegation of the Administration of the Aqueduct and Sewerage Systems.
Whereas:
of the Water Law Nº 276 of August 24, 1942, the General Potable Water Law, and the Regulation of the Administrative Associations of Communal Aqueduct and Sewerage Systems Nº 39529-S-MINAE, published in La Gaceta Nº 150 of August 5, 2005, it is established that AyA is the Governing Body for all matters relating to Aqueduct and Sewerage Systems throughout the national territory, and is empowered to delegate the administration of such systems to organizations duly constituted for that purpose.
Considering:
from the State, a communal aqueduct system has been constructed to supply a population of inhabitants.
Therefore:
