Amendment to the Regulation on the Collection and Management of Solid Waste, published in La Gaceta No. 158, of August 20, 2002, articles 20, 21, and 22, and the addition of Transitory Provision 1, so that they read as follows:
The entry of bulky waste into the respective sanitary landfill (relleno) shall not be permitted without the corresponding payment receipt.
The tonnage to be deposited shall correspond to the capacity of the vehicles transporting the waste and in accordance with the filling capacity thereof, as well as the technical characteristics of the deposit, whether the waste is loose or compacted, or by the type of waste to be compacted (scrap metal, construction and demolition debris (escombros), vegetation).
Transitory Provision 1.-In accordance with the provisions of articles 21 and 22 of these regulations, and given that there is currently no weighing unit at the Sanitary Landfill, the final disposal service for bulky waste shall be provisionally charged according to the following table:

No se permitirá el ingreso de desechos voluminosos al relleno respectivo sin el recibo correspondiente de pago.
El tonelaje a depositar, corresponderá a la capacidad de los vehículos que transportan los desechos y conforme a la capacidad de llenado del mismo, así como las características técnicas del depósito, si son desechos sueltos o compactados, o por el tipo de desechos a compactar (chatarra, escombros, vegetales).
