1That by means of Agreement AJDIP/173-2006 of April 7, 2006, it was agreed to modify certain articles of the Regulations of the Assemblies for the election of the representatives of fishers and aquaculturists to the Special Committee of the Fisheries Trust (Fideicomiso Pesquero).
2That Article 10 indicates that fisher and aquaculturist organizations that are duly accredited before the Department of Outreach and Training (Departamento de Extensión y Capacitación) shall have the right to participate in the Assembly.
3That Article 14 establishes that the General Assembly for the appointment of the representatives of fishers and aquaculturists shall be convened at least 22 calendar days in advance.

1Que mediante Acuerdo AJDIP/173-2006 del 7 de abril del 2006, se acuerda modificar algunos artículos del Reglamento de las Asambleas para la elección de los representantes de los pescadores y acuicultores ante el Comité Especial del Fideicomiso Pesquero.
