in the entirety of the text - Complete Text of Regulation 31959 Declaration of the second Saturday of the month of April as the National Day of Migratory Birds Complete Text record: 7798B No. 31959-MINAE No. 31959-MINAE THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC AND THE MINISTER OF ENVIRONMENT AND ENERGY In the exercise of the powers conferred by Article 140, subsections 3) and 18) and 146, of the Political Constitution and in accordance with the Convention for the Protection of the Flora, Fauna, and Natural Scenic Beauties of the Countries of the Americas, Law No. 3763 of October 19, 1976, and as established in Articles 1, 6, and 12 of the Wildlife Conservation Law No. 7317 of October 30, 1992, published in La Gaceta No. 235 of December 7, 1992.
Whereas:
DECREE:
For these purposes, this Ministry shall provide whatever support is possible to the Ornithological Association of Costa Rica (AOCR), a public utility entity, so that it may carry out the activities it deems pertinent.

Para estos efectos, este Ministerio le dará el apoyo posible a la Asociación Ornitológica de Costa Rica (AOCR), ente de utilidad pública, para que lleve a cabo las actividades que considere pertinentes.
